I’m a founder and researcher building companies and communities across Asia and Latin America, focused on education, leadership, and social impact.

I hold a PhD in Business Management from National Taipei University of Technology, where my research explores gender equality in executive leadership. I also hold an MBA and completed global marketing studies in London.

I’m the Founder & CEO of TUTEEMI, a Taiwan-based EdTech company that has connected 200+ educators from 50+ countries with learners aged 3 to 75, through premium in-home and online learning since 2019. I also founded OutliersGT, a community of globally experienced Guatemalans who returned home to build, invest, and create change.

Before entrepreneurship, I worked as a photojournalist and worked in countries like Kenya, Thailand and Nepal. I've traveled to 60+ countries, documenting human stories.​ Today, I focus on scaling TUTEEMI, growing Outliers, publishing academic research, and speaking about education, leadership, and women in business.
